The Role:
As an Executive Search Associate at ARISTA, you will be tasked with business development in the Baltic countries, encompassing strategic sales management, cultivation of a client base, networking, and marketing initiatives. You will serve as a brand ambassador for ARISTA across the Baltic states, actively cultivating new client relationships, managing assignments, and ensuring their successful delivery. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative working environment among team members and clients, taking on a Client Partner role while overseeing assignment execution. The entirety of assignment delivery will be managed by ARISTA’s team of research and assessment consultants, including project management, search activities, candidate interviews, testing, and reporting.
