The role
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to developing existing and new products, with a specific focus on Threod pneumatic launcher systems, including rail and canister launchers. This role involves creating and implementing project plans in collaboration with all relevant team members and developments within the company.
As a key player in a high-preforming product development team, the Technical Project Manager will work to enhance existing products for production optimization (industrialization) while incorporating new features and improvements based on customer feedback and market expectations. Additionally, the role includes managing engineering teams by hiring, guiding, supporting, and leading them to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality results.
The Technical Project Manager will also support business development and production efforts to achieve growth targets and increase production capacity. Furthermore, they will develop roadmaps in collaboration with the company management team and contribute to Threod’s future efforts.

You need to meet these criteria to be successful in Your role
- Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electronics, product development, automation, or related field)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or product development.
- Understanding software design and its seamless integration with electronics and hardware.
- Experience in sales and customer interactions, with the ability to understand client needs, provide technical support, and translate requirements into product development initiatives.
- Strong technical background and understanding of mechanical, electrical and solutions.
- Knowledge and application of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model).
- Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software tools (e.g., CAD, PLM systems, ERP, project management software). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
- Estonian at least C1 spoken and written. English at least B2 level spoken and written.
