About Your role

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible mainly for manufacturing, construction, and retail sector customers. You contribute as a member of the retail team and represent Ferrometal’s products in the customer interface in a consulting manner. Your customers are both large SME companies and … You understand procurement processes and have a strong desire to learn to understand your customer’s business. Ferrometal is growing well, we have a clear vision of how growth will be implemented in the future. Now all you need is the right people to implement the plans in practice!

What do we offer?

Ferrometal is growing well, we have a clear vision of how growth will be implemented in the future. Now, all we need is the right people to implement the plans in practice! You are taken on a journey that enables you to become an experienced connoisseur – the most important is that you have a solid technical vision, and a great attitude and you want to learn to understand the customer’s processes. Ferrometal offers great onboarding training in Finland, so you could align your knowledge with us e.g. SAP skills, logistics, product categories, and related technical aspects.

You are well prepared if You have:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Interest in technical field.
  • Your educational background is not of great importance in terms of success at work, but Ferrometal currently has people with engineering or trade economics training, working in similar positions.
  • You are fluent in Estonian and Your English is at least B2 level spoken and written. It would be a great advantage if You speak Finish and/or Russian.
  • You have a B-category Driver´s license and are ready to travel across Estonia on a daily basis.
