
Vetfarmas OÜ was established in 2012 and belongs to OBELIŲ GRUPĖ. Vetfarmas is a leading pan-Baltic company in the sales of veterinary and pet product supplies. As a distributor of various brands, we represent Josera, Exclusion, Vetocanis, etc.
We are expanding in the Estonian market and looking to join a
B2B SALES MANAGER.
This position combines responsibility for driving sales performance in the Estonian region. The individual will play a pivotal role in strengthening Vetfarmas market position in Estonia. The main focus is to facilitate the attraction of new clients while maintaining close contact (both via phone and in-person visits) with existing clients.
Challenges that await your contribution:
- Find collaboration with new clients as we are not represented well on Estonian market just yet. Create client base and initiate growth in the field of veterinary clinics and specialized pet stores.
- Expand product portfolio in sales (more products from multiple brands). The full assortment is close to 1000sku.
- Introduce Josera brand on the market as it is one of largest brands in our portfolio.

To be successful in Your role:
The most important is that you have previous experience of collaborating with veterinary clinics and/or pet stores.
Ideally, you have a higher education in veterinary-related fields with some combination of sales experience. If you have any proven success stories in sales, we would like to hear from you!
You are fluent in Estonian. Your English in B2 level or higher since you need to cooperate with Latvian and Lithuanian colleagues. Some Russian skills would be an advantage.
Location
Your home office, in the field visiting your customers, and soon there will be an office in Tallinn.
