The role

We see Poland as a market with huge potential and we´d like to grow further. The Internal Sales & Business Development Manager will support and help to motivate field-based regional business managers (ADMs), provide excellent proactive customer service, and maintain sales standards to existing customers as part of an international team. In addition, your main task will be to grow a developing area by actively evaluating and contacting new potential leads, reactivating “cold” customers, and general sales activities in the Polish market.

You will be a part of an ambitious international sales team with locations in Germany, Sweden, and the UK, as well as other European countries. Responsibilities

You will strongly focus on business development. So, this position is not limited to internal handling / processing, but also should support in increasing market presence, along with the evaluation of potential customers, calls and appointments.

  • Manage and grow low spending accounts, increase sales and part numbers
  • Manage Fluctuating customers / customer retention
  • Manage existing accounts internally
  • Technical sales
  • Qualify incoming enquiries, calculation and price definition, preparation of offers
  • Follow ups on offers and samples, and closing business
  • Arrange appointments for the Field Sales Representative or independently
  • Maintain regular contact with established customer base with an emphasis on developing long term relationships
  • General account housekeeping – ensure all customer information is up to date
  • Maintain a high standard of proactive customer service
  • Maintain the high level of response rate – within 24 hours
  • Customer Video Conferences
  • Manage customer orders, forecasts, contracts and expedites
  • Take part in Joint Visits with your Sales Representative
  • Participation in Sales Meetings
  • Undertake other duties as and when required

You need to meet these criterias to be successful in Your role

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in a Sales Role, understanding commercial processes (understanding the cost structure, profitability, etc)
  • Background in manufacturing-based environments and/or customized products
  • Knowledge in electronics manufacturing, preferably PCB experience
  • Experience in similar position in EMS company or in PCB trading/producing company
  • Polish at least C1 spoken and written, English at least B2 level spoken and written, Germany in any level is a plus
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally with CRM, and calculation systems as well
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Have the confidence to make quick decisions & close business
  • Desire to achieve & move forward
