As we budget serious growth at Cleveron over the coming years, managing our supply chain and manufacturing becomes more and more important. We have predominantly worked with local suppliers but wish to evaluate all options also outside Estonia to optimize our business. We are looking for an independent individual with a strong documented track record that can take Supply Chain to the next level.

The Role:
As a Head of Supply Chain, with a team of 20, you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational activities of four key areas within Cleveron: Production, Logistics, Regular Purchasing, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Cleveron’s business goals.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Identify and implement best practices and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, mentor, and motivate team leaders in the four key areas: Production, Logistics, Regular Purchasing, and Quality.
- Drive professional development and succession planning to build a resilient and adaptable supply chain team.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Optimize logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Streamline purchasing operations to ensure cost efficiency and supplier reliability.
- Maintain and enhance quality management systems to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with all internal departments, to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners globally
- Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related matters, both internally and externally.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for all supply chain functions.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
You will stand out to us if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in hardware, service, and supply chain operations.
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing company is essential.
- Proven international exposure and experience managing cross-border operations.
- Deep understanding of production planning, logistics, purchasing, and quality management.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency both in English & Estonian.

Location:
We have two offices: one in Viljandi, at Reinu tee 48, and the other in Tallinn, at Valukoja 8, Ülemiste City. We would like to understand your willingness to relocate or work primarily from Viljandi (at least 2 to 3 days per week).
