As an EXPORT SALES MANAGER You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive export sales and expand our market presence internationally focusing on the Finnish market to start with.

Here are the tasks slated for your attention:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in international markets is the primary objective. Our initial focus for growth is the Finnish market.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities involves researching potential markets, customers, and competitors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients is crucial.
  • Composing price offers for customers is also part of the role.
  • Order processing includes entry into ERP systems, team notification, customer confirmation, and shipping coordination.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends helps identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management is essential.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to export sales is a continuous effort.
  • Traveling to target markets as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research may be required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hands-on international B2B sales management experience preferably in electronics or similar industry
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • English and Finnish language skills.
  • Travel from time to time suits with your lifestyle.
