“Thank you for your interest in the Account Executive role at Yook!
This role is for an experienced professional who finds real satisfaction in being the backbone of the team: the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
Here’s what the job looks like in practice:
Keeping things in order: you handle orders and documentation with precision, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Building systems and processes: you don’t just do the work, you create clear structures for how it gets done, and continuously improve them.
Being the face toward the customer: you work with our international clients in an export-oriented environment, and they know they can rely on you.
Handling the fast-moving day-to-day: urgent requests and everyday issues come up constantly, and you manage them calmly and efficiently.
The work is varied and genuinely interesting, with no two days quite the same.
If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in being the keeper of the back office, the one everyone trusts to have things under control, we’d love to hear from you.I look forward to meeting you in person!“

Chief Sales Officer @ YOOK
Role Overview
A critical operational backbone role, sitting at the intersection of Sales and Production. The Account Executive ensures that YOOK’s international customers receive reliable, responsive service — managing the day-to-day flow of orders, projects and commercial activities with key market partners. This person is the glue that keeps distributor relationships running smoothly.
The role involves monitoring orders, certifications, logistics, and customer satisfaction, contributing to production planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication with customers. As many processes are still being developed, an open-minded approach and a willingness to help build and improve processes are highly valued. Detail-oriented people´s person with can-do attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing order flow, delivery coordination and customer communication for assigned markets.
- Act as the primary operational contact for distributors and key accounts.
- Coordinate between Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure on-time, accurate fulfilment.
- Track and follow up on commercial activities, promotions and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Your focus & challenges that await your contribution
- We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership: to understand our processes, establish the processes and workflows that are still missing, and be responsible for customer satisfaction. Someone who keeps the back office in order, a reliable force behind the scenes and a true people person.
- You will be the face of the company to our customers and, within the team, mobilise resources and act as the link between sales and production.
- Your responsibilities will include order management, preparing export documentation, production planning, and communication within the team (R&D, quality, marketing, finance), with authorities (customs, etc.) and with customers. You will also support our sales managers in developing their markets and handle other day-to-day tasks. You will be the right hand of our CSO.
- Ultimately, what matters is that our customers are happy with us. We want to build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, retain our partners, and support them as a brand so that they succeed in selling our products in their markets. A friendly, positive and collaborative attitude is therefore essential. This is, after all, a people business.
You´ll be a great fit if you meet these expectations
- We expect initiative, motivation, a hands-on approach and a glass-half-full attitude. We have great people, but there is a lot to do and organise. This role suits someone who can create system and order, is precise and dependable, and enjoys getting things done and helping others. Don’t expect a detailed role description or a fixed job description. Instead, be ready to jump in, sort things out yourself, and raise the bar.
- Previous experience from an exporting manufacturing company as a sales coordinator, key account manager, or similar.
- Previous experience communicating with international customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Understanding of how export logistics operate.
- Estonian – native.
- English – fluent (verbal and written), at least B2.
- Willingness to visit the Türi factory to support the factory team and attend trade fairs.
You are characterized as
- Strong commercial drive, proactive, self-starting, and hands-on;
- Relationship-focused;
- Highly organized, structured with strong attention to detail and follow-through;
- Clear, professional communicator — written and verbal;
- Service-oriented: satisfaction in making things run seamlessly for the customer;
- Dependable and consistent; colleagues and clients know they can count on this person;
- Comfortable navigating the operational complexity between sales commitments and production realities;
- Caring about the client’s concerns, getting things done, and responding quickly. With a positive “can and will do” attitude.
