Role description
This new role as Sales Manager involves maintaining and fostering strong relationships with targeted key customers in selected industries while leading and managing projects in collaboration with clients. You will prepare quotations, monitor active projects, close deals, and ensure the profitability of your customer accounts. You will drive sales for the company while being part of the group’s sales organization, which includes colleagues from the group’s other four companies. You´ll lead a team of 2-3 people. The position is based in Tallinn, and you will report to the Managing Director and have frequent contact with the group’s Sales & Growth Manager.

Requirements – how we know that you are a good fit
- Several years of experience in solution sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing projects effectively.
- Enjoy working in a proactive, outreach-focused manner, driving results through the initiative.
- Highly motivated, experienced, and skilled in business-oriented negotiations.
- Value collaboration and teamwork, with strong internal motivation and a commitment to shared success.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and engaging peers to achieve goals.
- Estonian at least C1 level, both spoken and written. English at least B2 level spoken and written.
- Ready to travel (at least 2 monthly customer visits – with existing customers, more often with new prospects).
- B-category driver’s license.
