CEO

The role:

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s first-in-command and responsible for the efficiency and profitability of the business.

Together with the Sales & Business Development Manager, you are responsible for generating new business and keeping the focus on balanced pricing models that work for different customers.

You are taking care of company finances including cash flow management.

You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader willing to contribute wide scope of areas of responsibility.

The goal of the CEO position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive sustainable growth. Your focus will be on production and quality and process management/development including investment planning, employee development, and training planning, but also on recruitments.

We are encountering fast business growth. We intend to keep the pace and strengthen the organization to meet our customer´s needs. Boomerang is an entrepreneurial company and far from being in a mature stage. This is a great opportunity for a person who is not scared of complexity and pushing the boundaries while staying focused.

Ideally, you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably SCM or production management area.
• Management background from production companies who supplied for the automotive industry, or other demanding/international industries.
• Experience in a company that is ISO certified or that was practicing 5S or Lean/Kaizen principles.
• Proven experience as CEO or any other relevant role from an international SME company preferably within the manufacturing field.
• Experienced in change management as well as continuous improvement principles.
• Understanding of business functions such as operations, finance, HR, and supply chain.
• Interest in hands-on operational monitoring.
• Experience setting clear operational targets, monitoring as well as analysis of results, and dynamically drive improvements.

The cable harness field a very exciting field facilitating a diverse set of customers and products.
Our journey has just begun, Boomerang is by no means a finished product, there are multiple operational challenges turning this entrepreneur-driven company into a process-driven, structured piece of art that thrives on excellence and customer satisfaction.
