- Leadership experience with staff liability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Experience in implementing Lean production in operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Customer Management and Sales experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Ability to work strategically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Working experience with budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Good understanding of the market. Basic understanding of economics and law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Estonian at least C1 spoken and written. English at least B2 level spoken and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
