You will be the company\u2019s first-in-command and responsible for the efficiency and profitability of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with the Sales &amp; Business Development Manager, you are responsible for generating new business and keeping the focus on balanced pricing models that work for different customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are taking care of company finances including cash flow management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader willing to contribute wide scope of areas of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the CEO position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive sustainable growth. Your focus will be on production and quality and process management\/development including investment planning, employee development, and training planning, but also on recruitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are encountering fast business growth. We intend to keep the pace and strengthen the organization to meet our customer\u00b4s needs. Boomerang is an entrepreneurial company and far from being in a mature stage.
